Reichenwehr is located about 5km southwest of Tarott’s old town, next to the Tarott Bay and south of the estuary of Irm river. It is one of the “richer” parts of the city, but noch as rich as Belstrand, located north of the Irm river, where lots of very, very important persons live. The area is served by the following public transit lines: U3 (Belstrand and Tarott), U5 (Belstrand), U6 (station “Sinzhafener Platz”, serving parts of the northeast of Reichenwehr), tramways (Belstrand), and a few bus lines.
